Methodologies developed in several research studies at HRL have led to unique blend of methods drawn from different disciplines that quantify and qualify complex processes of hydrologic systems, water and environmental systems and address modeling and management issues.&nbsp; Many studies at HRL also focus on understanding these processes from two different perspectives of ever changing climate and natural rhythms of climate variability. Statistical analysis of extremes. Statistical corrections, optimal methods with selection of control points in space.
