We are reaching the end of the semester, and for us, that means it was time to have our most important event as a Tau Beta Pi Chapter. On Friday, November 14th, we held our Initiation ceremony to introduce new members to our chapter! Hurray!
More than 20 students were initiated this semester, more than we expected. It was an honor for us, the Chapter board, to welcome all of these promising engineers into our society.
We cannot disclose information about the ceremony, but we certainly can tell you how good the dinner was! We went to Ichiyami Buffet in Boca Raton Downtown. The food was great, the company was even better. Students, friends, and family sharing tables and talking until close, it was a very enjoyable evening.
We are excited to have new members every semester, and we will continue to try hard to give them the best time possible during their initiation. It was a delight sharing time and words with each one of you, Initiates. We hope we can do great things together while we are still in college, and many more after graduation.
