Primary research interests in MELab reside in multiphase flows at the micro- to macroscales for environmental, biological, and energy applications. We harness dynamic interplay of fluid flow with optics to develop novel integrated platforms for diagnosis, analysis, and manufacturing.  Please see the subsections in the research for more details.
